I asked to speak with the manager and told him only about the ROACH. My daughter told her that instead of worrying so much about the bill could you help us figure out where that Roach went!? The server walked away and said nothing! Needless to say we were done! Even though we were still on dessert and coffee, we were not staying another second. The server picked up the bill and told my daughter, (who was also standing at this point and starting to check the clothes of my grand children who had been playing in the corner) that she needed to sign the bill. My daughter was paying with a credit card. The server came up as I jumped up, once again to collect the bill. We couldn't tell where it had landed (was it on my jacket hanging behind my seat, still on my clothes or worse on my husband). Just before she came to the table to collect the bill again my son-in-law noticed that huge ROACH crawling up my back, my husband swiftly brushed it off of me as I jumped out of my seat. The last time she came back for the bill was the worst. She acted like she couldn't understand what he was saying. My son-in law questioned her about her reaction because he thought maybe he had done something wrong. She gave him a look that could kill and then said something to the other servers at the table next to us.

One time that she tried to pick up the bill, my son-in-law who had a full plate in front of him asked her for another soda. We had to tell her each time no it's not ready yet. Not necessarily bad, but she came back six times while we were still eating and picked up the bill plate from the table. While we were still eating she put the check on the table. Our server I believe was trying to get out of there too. Servers who were apparently trying to get off work took up a table next to ours and started rolling their silver ware and doing their side work, ultimately they turned on their music on their phone and started playing it so loud that we had to raise our voices to talk over it. I'm not sure if our server was faking it or not but she acted like she didn't understand a word we were saying. Service was the worst we had ever received. We were there on a Sunday night 3 hours before closing. Most of the food was ok but a lot of the item were luke warm and even hardened because it was left out too long. In fact I was there yesterday because I convinced my daughter and son-in-law who don't care for these types of buffets to come. I have been with my family, my church family and my clients many times. ROACH crawling up my back, more about that in a minute.īefore last night I highly recommended this restaurant. Moreīefore last night I would have given this restaurant 4 stars as far as Chinese buffets go, after last night I don't even feel like it deserves the one star I had to give it.
It better for this restaurant closed or need new management and waiters. So often, I had to bring a waiter's attention to refill soda. Their duty was only to bring drinking, clean the table and ready for the next customer, and collect the billing. I wrote on paper what I need and then the waiter had a hard time to read and understand my English writing. I could not tell if they are legal or illegal. I suspect that they immigrated to the United States. Their waiters were very unfriendly, absolute no smiling. I ate corn and was not aware that they used milk. A lot of people came to that place and found a posted on the door stated that they charge by 5 dollars per person due the holidays. Their serve the foods are the same every day. They tend to surcharge higher prices on holidays, evening hours, even on the weekend. Their request was a cunning scheme as must show the waiter before eating. The reason was their discount coupons were worthless because of the requirement. I had been attended by this restaurant many times.
